Branded graphite and mechanical pencils
Pencils with your company logo are useful for notes, sketches and drawings. A mechanical pencil offers an alternative for recipients who prefer replaceable lead and a more consistent line width. Kingivabrik’s selection includes pencils for offices, training sessions, schools, and promotional campaigns aimed at construction and technical businesses.
Choose according to the task. Taking meeting notes, preparing detailed drawings, and marking building materials can call for different types of pencils.
Wooden graphite pencils or mechanical pencils?
A wooden graphite pencil can be sharpened to suit the user’s preference. It is a straightforward option for writing and sketching, and a practical giveaway for training courses, visitor centers, and events. Consider the barrel shape, length, finish, and whether it includes an eraser.
A mechanical pencil advances its lead through a mechanism instead of requiring sharpening. Depending on the model, you can add replacement leads. Check the required lead diameter and availability before ordering, particularly if the pencil is intended for long-term use.
Weight and grip also affect comfort. A pencil for longer writing sessions should fit comfortably in the hand and let the user write without excessive pressure.
What should you compare?
Look beyond price and appearance to the writing characteristics and any accessories the recipient will need.
- Lead grade and suitability for writing or drawing.
- Lead diameter for mechanical pencils.
- Barrel shape and available branding area.
- Whether an eraser is included and can be replaced.
- The need for a sharpener or spare leads
- Packaging and the intended setting
For example, very fine lead may not suit someone who writes with heavy pressure. For a training pack, consider whether the recipient will have everything needed to start using the pencil straight away.
Branded carpenter pencils
Carpenter pencils make relevant promotional gifts for builders, installers and people in practical trades. Consider the intended marking surface and ease of handling on the job when choosing.
Explore the Maderos carpenter pencil, Natural carpenter pencil and custom-made Workshop carpenter pencil. These are examples specifically for carpentry and trade use. Check the individual product page or ask our team about dimensions, finishes, and ordering options.
A pencil selected for a workshop may need different characteristics from one intended for office notes. A clear description of the task helps the supplier narrow down suitable models.
Adding a logo to pencils
Printing may suit wooden barrels and other compatible surfaces. For mechanical pencils, the available method depends on the barrel material and finish; selected metal models may allow laser engraving.
The narrow branding area makes clarity important. A company name or simple logo can be more readable than several lines of contact details. Consider placement too: sharpening shortens a wooden pencil, so artwork close to the writing end may gradually disappear. Read more about our logo printing and engraving options.
Pencils for training and employee packs
Combine a pencil with a notebook, eraser or sharpener according to the recipient’s needs. Compatible spare leads can be a useful addition to a mechanical pencil. Coordinated colors and branding help bring the items together without adding accessories that serve little purpose.
