Choosing branded biscuits

Compare biscuit size, quantity and packaging protection. Check ingredients, allergen information and suitability for the planned transport. For drinks service, calculate quantities by servings.

Biscuit packaging should protect the contents while remaining easy to open. For drinks service, consider placement beside a cup or on a tray. Individual gifts may need different packaging from shared-table products. Keep shelf-life and ingredient information accessible alongside the artwork. Allow extra protection for delicate cookie shapes, especially when gifts are sent by parcel delivery or packed with heavier items.

Biscuits for coffee breaks and seasonal gift packs

Consider the full serving arrangement when choosing coffee-break biscuits. A portion can accompany a drink, wait at a meeting place setting, or join a conference bag. Packaging should fit the available space and open conveniently. For several rooms, calculate participants and breaks at each location.

Gingerbread can form part of a seasonal greeting. Combine it with tea, coffee, or a small thank-you card to create a considered gift. Keep the company name clear alongside festive artwork. Put longer greetings on a separate card rather than squeezing them onto a small biscuit wrapper.

Calculate quantities by servings.

Choose portion size and package shape.

Test placement on trays or in gift boxes.

Plan protection against breakage.

Allocate flavors before ordering a mixed selection. A freely chosen reception assortment needs different assembly from employee packs with fixed contents. Distinguish biscuits from other snacks available within this category too. A bar may suit a different occasion than a small coffee biscuit; choose by portion, ingredients, and packaging appearance.

Biscuit and wrapper artwork

Branding may appear on a wrapper or through a product-specific decoration option. Distinguish edible decoration from printed packaging in the quotation.

Printing a logo on the package and decorating the biscuit itself require separate agreements. Not every option supports both. Allow for seams and sealed edges so the name is not hidden in a fold. A sample helps assess visibility when the biscuit is placed on a table or inside a gift box.

Order biscuits with your company logo

For larger orders, confirm packs per outer carton and allocation between service points. Remaining shelf life should accommodate the full planned distribution period.

Describe the event or gift and add recipient numbers, logo, and deadline. Kingivabrik can help select branded biscuits or seasonal gingerbread and plan practical packaging with clear artwork.
