Custom company swag boxes and welcome kits
A company swag box is a gift set assembled around a particular purpose. It can welcome a new employee, support a team event, or thank a partner. Start with the first moment of use: will the box be opened at work, at home, or at an event, and which items are genuinely useful there?
How to build a company swag box
Choose one central theme and build the contents around it. Employee kits may focus on everyday work items, while event boxes can support a specific activity. Coordinating dimensions, colors, and lead times matters as much as choosing individual products.
In new-starter kits, distinguish everyday essentials from elements carrying the welcome message. For several offices, plan allocation by location. Keeping agreed colors, product names, artwork, and box dimensions together can make future orders for new joiners easier to coordinate in the same style.
Employee welcome kits for the first working day
A welcome kit should help a new colleague settle into the company. A notebook, pen, or drinking vessel supports daily work, while a personal card shows their arrival is valued. Choose based on the working environment: office-based, traveling, and remote employees can have different needs.
If clothing is included, collect sizes before confirming the order. For employees in several countries, plan language versions and delivery addresses. A shared core set helps maintain a consistent identity, with selected items varying by role or location.
- Define shared contents and any variants.
- Record clothing sizes and personal details.
- Agree when the kit needs to reach the employee.
- Plan acceptable substitutions for repeat orders.
New colleagues often join at different times. Alongside the artwork, retain the approved product list and any acceptable color or model changes. This makes a later batch easier to prepare if availability changes. Repeat quantities and any phased delivery arrangements need separate agreement.
Coordinating product and packaging artwork
A coherent result does not require a large logo on every item. Product branding, box artwork and a personal welcome card can play different roles.
A welcome card visible on opening can carry a personal message, while the products reflect the company’s everyday visual identity. Adapt the design to the box and smaller items. Clothing, drinkware and paper products may need different branding methods and artwork files. Confirm the whole set before individual components enter production.

A customisable SWAG Box
Explore the customisable SWAG Box, with contents selected for the purpose of the order. Its product description includes a designed box, printed card, and personal letter; the selected products are added to the price. Brand combinations and delivery arrangements affect the final quotation. Order this box with products rather than as separate empty packaging.
Order employee welcome kits
Confirm the item list, quantities, branding, and recipient-specific details before ordering. An example photograph suggests a presentation style; the agreed specification defines the final contents.
Send Kingivabrik the recipient count, budget per kit, and required arrival date. Include your logo, working environment, and any repeat-order needs. We can help build a welcome package suited to the company and the people receiving it.
