Choosing a tea or coffee gift set

Establish whether the gift includes tea, coffee, drinkware, or accessories only. Beans, ground coffee, and tea bags require different preparation. If preferences are unknown, choose an easy-to-use format and check pack size, shelf life, and storage instructions.

For office sets, consider the existing coffee machine or tea-making routine. Home gifts benefit from straightforward instructions and easy-opening packaging. Check quantities separately for honey, sugar, or sweets included in the set. Designing one coherent serving experience provides a clearer basis than adding as many components as possible.

A tea or coffee gift that is ready to use

For ground coffee, consider the brewing method because grind suitability depends on the equipment. Whole beans require a grinder. If you don't know the recipient’s equipment, convenient brewing packaging or a small selection with clear instructions can be a practical starting point.

For tea, decide between loose leaves and tea bags. Loose tea may need an infuser or other preparation accessory. Choose a cup based on serving size and your drinking routine: a small coffee cup and a larger tea mug serve different needs.

Select the drink and a suitable preparation method.

Identify the accessories that need to be included.

Match the pack quantity to the purpose of the gift.

Review food shelf life and storage conditions.

A gift for an office may need a quantity suitable for sharing, while an individual thank-you package can use a smaller selection. If you add honey or confectionery, account for dietary preferences. Protect food packaging and position drinkware so it does not press against soft coffee or tea packs.

Branding cups, accessories and drink packaging

Plan branding separately for mugs, metal accessories and food packaging. Keep ingredient and shelf-life information visible on a custom sleeve.

On a cup, consider handle position and the direction from which the logo will be seen. A coffee or tea sleeve provides room for a greeting and preparation information. Custom labels should keep essential product details readable. Branding methods and care characteristics depend on the selected products and materials.

Coffee products for building gift sets

For a compact coffee gift, compare the 25 g coffee and 50 g coffee. For convenient preparation, explore the Brand It coffee pouch, which is used by adding hot water and allowing the coffee to steep according to its instructions. These components are sold separately, and you can add cups, confectionery, and an outer gift box as needed.

Confirm drink quantities, cups and accessories in the final specification. Recipients should have the preparation guidance, ingredient information, and shelf-life details needed for the contents.

Send your quantity, budget, logo, and deadline, and state whether you prefer tea or coffee. Include any known brewing method and requirements for a cup or accessory. Kingivabrik can help coordinate suitable contents and branding.
