Pens and pencils with your company logo are practical choices for trade shows, offices, training sessions and corporate gifts. Kingivabrik’s selection includes ballpoint pens, stylus pens, wooden and mechanical pencils, rollerball pens, fountain pens, and writing sets. Choose the right option by comparing use, writing comfort, materials, and available branding methods.

Find the Right Writing Instrument

The best choice depends on your audience and the purpose of your order. For large promotional campaigns, consider the total cost including printing. For everyday office use, prioritize comfortable writing. For client gifts, pay closer attention to the finish, presentation, and packaging.

Promotional ballpoint pens are versatile options for trade shows, offices, and customer giveaways. Choose from affordable plastic pens and more substantial metal models.
Stylus pens combine a conventional pen with a tip designed for touchscreen use.
Mechanical and wooden pencils suit note-taking, drawing and technical work. This category also includes carpenter’s pencils.
Writing instruments made from wood and alternative materials offer options featuring bamboo, cork, cardboard and recycled materials.
Branded writing sets bring complementary items together in a coordinated corporate gift. Contents and packaging vary by product.
Coloring pencils, markers and drawing sets are suitable for creative activities, family events and promotional gift packs.
Rollerball and fountain pens offer a different writing experience and make thoughtful gifts for recipients who appreciate stationery.

How to Choose Promotional Pens

Start with your audience and budget. For an exhibition giveaway, choose a model that lets you order the required quantity, with logo printing included in your budget. For employees’ everyday use, consider the grip, mechanism, and refill. For an important client, the finish and gift box also deserve attention.

Before ordering, check these details:

Ink color and refill: Do you need blue or black ink, and can the refill be replaced?
Writing comfort: Consider the barrel thickness, grip, weight, and balance.
Barrel color: Does it complement your brand identity and provide enough contrast for your logo?
Branding area: Will your logo or message remain legible at the available size?
Quantity and deadline: do stock availability and production times fit your requirements?

Plastic, Metal or Wooden Writing Instruments?

Plastic pens are a practical choice for larger promotional campaigns. They are generally lightweight, affordable, and available in a wide range of colors. Quality varies by model, so compare the mechanism, writing performance, and price.

Metal writing instruments work well for office use and gifts for clients or employees. Many models can be laser engraved. For long-term use, choose a pen with a replaceable refill and confirm suitable replacements are available.

Wood, bamboo, cork, and recycled materials provide additional options for different material preferences and visual styles. Assess environmental claims using the specific product information: a wooden component does not mean that the entire pen is biodegradable. For recycled materials, check the recycled content and the scope of any certification.

How Is Your Logo Applied?

The appropriate branding method depends on the writing instrument’s material, coating, shape, and your artwork. The same logo may require a different approach on different products.

Pad printing is suitable for many plastic pens and can apply a logo to small, slightly curved surfaces. The number of colors available depends on the product.
Laser engraving is often used on metal writing instruments. It alters or removes the surface coating, so the resulting color depends on the material and finish. Engraving does not reproduce your logo’s printed colors.
Digital or UV printing allows full-colour artwork and gradients on compatible models. Check availability for the chosen product.

A pen’s branding area is narrow. A simplified logo, symbol or company name may reproduce more clearly than artwork containing small lettering and fine details. Review the design at its actual print size before approving it. Explore our logo printing and engraving options for more information.

Writing Instruments for Trade Shows and Corporate Gifts

At exhibitions, seminars, and training sessions, a pen can be useful immediately for taking notes or completing forms. For giveaways, choose a model that balances price with writing comfort. Paired with a notebook or event materials, it becomes a practical addition to an attendee pack.

For a corporate gift, consider the writing instrument, personalization, and packaging together. A discreetly engraved metal pen or a fountain pen in a gift box can create a considered presentation. If you prefer an established brand, explore our Parker pens. For individual name engraving, check that the selected model supports this option.

What Affects Price and Delivery Time?

The final price of a branded pen depends on the model, quantity, branding method, number of print colors and positions, and packaging. Compare quotations using the same quantity and artwork requirements. A low unbranded unit price does not represent the total cost of a personalized order.

Minimum order quantities and lead times vary by product and branding method. When ordering for a fixed event date, allow time for artwork approval, production, delivery, and stock availability checks. Share your required delivery date when selecting products so we can identify suitable options early.
