Choosing displays and roll-up banners

Compare visible print area, frame weight, replaceable graphics, and carrying case. Retractable banners and tension-fabric displays require different files and assembly. Place the main message near eye level and reserve small details for close viewing.

Visitors often view displays while moving. Keep the main message short and visible even when tables or people hide the lower area. Put detailed information in separate materials. For repeated use, avoid dates and temporary details that will quickly make the graphic obsolete.

Displays for exhibitions, receptions and service areas

At an exhibition, a display should quickly explain who the company is and what it offers. In a reception area, it may introduce a service or provide directions. Required size changes with location: a narrow corridor and an open stand need different solutions. Include the frame’s footprint, not only graphic width.

For repeated transport, compare assembly and packed dimensions. Consider whether one person can set up the display and which vehicle must carry it. If messages change frequently, review graphic replacement options. These vary by model rather than being standard across displays.

Define location and viewing distance.

Measure the floor space available.

Specify frame and printed-graphic contents.

Plan storage and repeated transport.

Artwork should communicate one main message, a readable logo, and an appropriate next step. If using a QR code, make it large enough, leave clear space, and test it from the intended viewing position. Detailed prices or long product descriptions may work better in separate handouts or digital information.

Display printing and artwork dimensions

Use the exact product template, allowing for hidden mechanism areas, seams, and bleed. Keep the logo readable at the expected viewing distance.

Artwork dimensions may differ from the visible area because material enters the fixing or mechanism. Use the selected template and suitable image quality. Approve colors and text size in the full layout. Moving artwork to a different frame size may require a redesign rather than simple scaling.

Order exhibition displays and roll-up banners

Distinguish the frame, printed graphic, and carrying bag in the quotation. This supports equivalent comparisons and later replacement-part orders.

Send the location, dimensions, quantity, and event date. Include existing artwork or the intended message. Kingivabrik can help choose a display and clarify print files and contents.
