Branded Sweets and Edible Corporate Gifts

Branded sweets suit trade shows, reception desks, customer thank-you gifts and employee gift packs. Kingivabrik’s selection includes sweets, chocolates, biscuits, chewing gum, honey and confectionery sets. A custom wrapper or box connects the gift with your company’s message, while the contents and portion size should suit the recipient and the occasion.

Choose Your Confectionery and Packaging

Sweets, mints and gummies offer options for exhibitions, meetings and reception desks.
Branded chocolates suit small thank-you gifts or a larger gift package. Compare net weight, flavor, and the available design area.
Biscuits and cookies complement coffee breaks, seminars, and gift packs; the packaging format determines how easily they can be distributed.
Chewing gum and gum sweets provide compact gift options in different packs.
Honey and sugar sachets suit tea and coffee gifts or serving arrangements.
Custom advent calendars provide a seasonal option that needs early ordering and distribution planning.
Confectionery gift sets combine contents and presentation in a gift for an employee, client or business partner.

Sweets for Trade Shows and Reception Desks

For larger audiences, choose a format that is easy to hand out or take away. Individual wrapping keeps portions separate and provides a dedicated surface for your company design. At a reception desk, also consider how you'll display and replenish products.

When planning quantities, distinguish individual pieces, packs and boxes. A box price does not establish the cost per recipient when products contain different numbers or amounts of sweets. Compare equivalent net quantities, packaging formats and artwork, and allow for distribution over several days where relevant.

For ongoing use, packaging with your general company branding may be appropriate. A specific event date or campaign message can limit how you use leftover stock. For seasonal designs, plan quantities around the actual distribution period.

Chocolates and Confectionery Boxes as Business Gifts

For a personal thank-you gift, flavor, opening the package, and presentation become more important. A small chocolate can accompany a card, while an assortment box may suit a shared table or a gift for a partner. Decide whether each package is intended for one person or an entire team before ordering.

Confectionery can also accompany another item, such as a mug or tea and coffee set. Choose packaging that prevents heavier objects from crushing the food or its wrapper. Coordinated colors and a card can bring the presentation together without a large logo on every element. A sample helps you assess the portion, packaging and artwork as a whole.

Ingredients, Flavours and Recipient Preferences

Review ingredient and allergen information before selecting a product. Larger audiences can have different tastes and dietary needs. If a specific option is required, such as vegan or gluten-free confectionery, request confirmation for the particular product. A name or packaging style is not enough to establish suitability.

For orders with several variants, specify flavors, quantities, and packaging designs separately. Recipients should be able to distinguish the options when they are displayed. A custom sleeve should not obscure ingredient, shelf-life or storage information; review its placement alongside the artwork.

How Are Sweets Branded?

Company branding is usually applied to the wrapper, label, box or other packaging. Some products may support a design on the confectionery itself, but confirm this for the chosen item. Options depend on the packaging material, format and order quantity.

Use the template for the specific package. Account for folds, joins and bleed areas, keeping important logo details clear of them. Short messages work better than lengthy text on small wrappers. Provide vector logo artwork where possible and suitably sized images for photographic designs. See our branding methods page for general information.

Shelf Life, Storage and Seasonal Orders

Plan when the gift will reach the recipient and when it is likely to be eaten. Shelf life needs to cover that period, including any storage at your premises. Follow the manufacturer’s storage conditions and consider temperatures during storage, transport and the event itself.

Advent calendars should reach recipients before December begins. For Christmas gifts, allow time for artwork approval, production and assembly. Exact production and delivery times depend on the product and quantity; one lead time doesn't apply to every confectionery order.

Product Examples and Ordering

For different formats, explore candies in a tube L, 100 g chocolate and the 15-piece chocolate box. Check the exact contents, net quantity, and branding options on each product page. Similar packaging does not necessarily mean the same flavor or quantity.

Send Kingivabrik your required quantity, budget, logo, and delivery deadline. Include information about the recipients, distribution format, and any ingredient requirements. These details help us identify suitable confectionery, packaging and artwork, and confirm the cost of the completed order.
