Choosing Christmas decorations

Compare materials, dimensions, hanging arrangements and fragility. Decorations sent by post need different protection from gifts handed over in person. A printed year can support a commemorative gift but may date a design intended for repeated use.

For decorations sent with a card, check thickness and protection requirements. Office displays should suit the surroundings, while personal gifts can carry a more individual message. Plan how different designs will be identified in their packaging so they reach the right recipients. Packing is part of the seasonal plan, not a final afterthought.

Christmas baubles for customers or office displays

An office tree may suit a coordinated group of decorations in company colors. An individual customer gift may work better as one carefully chosen ornament with a greeting card. Material, size, and logo placement shape both approaches, while packaging needs can differ.

A large bauble creates a different visual emphasis from a small hanging decoration. Consider the tree or display dimensions and the support available. Photographs can make size difficult to judge, so compare measurements in the intended setting or assess a sample.

Decide whether the item is a gift or part of an office display.

Match size and color to the seasonal design.

Check the hanging loop and any ribbon supplied.

Plan protection for fragile items during transport.

For a decoration intended for several seasons, the year can appear on a separate card. For an anniversary keepsake, it may be an important part of the ornament itself. For several offices or customer groups, confirm quantities by design and how the packs will be identified.

Branding baubles and other decorations

Wood, glass and textile decorations need different marking methods. Check whether the logo sits on a flat area or has to accommodate a curved shape.

A logo on a curved bauble appears differently from artwork printed on a flat card. Shape and printing method limit the usable area. Check placement relative to the hanging loop so the design faces the right way when displayed. Wood, glass, and other materials require a product-specific assessment of branding options.

Order Christmas decorations with your logo

The seasonal schedule needs to cover artwork approval, branding, packing, and delivery. Protect glass decorations even when they form part of a larger gift box.

Send the number of gifts, handover date, logo, and color preferences. Tell us whether ornaments need individual packaging or will be part of a larger Christmas set. Kingivabrik can help coordinate the product, design, and presentation.
