Custom medals, cups and glass awards
Custom medals, cups and glass awards recognize achievement and create a lasting reminder of an event. A sporting prize and an employee-service award may need very different designs. Consider the recipient, occasion, and where the award will be displayed afterward.
Choosing medals, trophies and glass awards
Compare material, dimensions, base stability, and personalization space. Names, dates, and achievements need enough readable space. For an award series, plan a consistent distinction between first place, other placements, and participation recognition.
The inscription should clearly identify the recipient and achievement. A long thank-you message may work better on a card than on a small award surface. For several recipients, cross-check names, placements, and dates. Approve a complete example showing the inscription and presentation packaging before the full series is produced.
An award series or a personal thank-you gift?
For competition medals and trophies, define the award structure before selecting a model. Will there be age groups, team prizes, or individual placings? Within a coordinated series, size, color, or wording can distinguish results while maintaining the event’s visual identity.
A glass award for long service or a valued partnership usually needs a more personal inscription. Prioritize the recipient, achievement, and, where appropriate, year. The company logo provides context without overshadowing the person or accomplishment being recognized.
- Prepare the recipient and award-category list.
- Separate shared wording from personalized text.
- Check names, job titles, and dates.
- Arrange packing to match the presentation order.
If results are known shortly before the ceremony, discuss production arrangements early. It may be possible to prepare common elements in advance, but the timing of personalized inscriptions depends on the model and method. Clear labels on packed awards help prevent mix-ups.
Award engraving and personal inscriptions
Engraving, printing, or an inscription plate depends on the chosen award. Glass transparency and the background affect readability, so approve artwork at its actual proportions.
For transparent glass, assess the design against both light and dark backgrounds. Engraving and color printing provide different contrast, and surfaces vary in the detail they support. Layout should account for the award’s shape, base, and viewing direction. A longer dedication may work better on an accompanying card.

Glass awards to compare
Explore the Globe, Jewel and Mondal glass awards. Choose a shape that leaves sufficient room for the inscription. Compare height, base dimensions and packaging, and confirm the appropriate branding method. The same artwork may need adaptation for awards with different outlines.
Order personalised awards
Allow time for checking names and protected delivery before the presentation date. For glass products, transport protection matters alongside the presentation box.
Send Kingivabrik the ceremony date, quantity, logo, and a sample inscription. Specify different sizes or individual names where required. We can help plan a coordinated award series and confirm the layout before production.
