Choosing floor mats and bar mats

Compare dimensions, thickness, backing, and cleaning method. At entrances, check door clearance and whether the mat suits the floor. For bar mats, consider glass placement and liquid exposure, following manufacturer guidance.

Entrance mats should fit the walking route, not only the door width. Bar mats are usually viewed close up and from above. Actual-size proofs help check readability. Establish who will clean the product and how, so the material fits the existing care routine.

Branded mats for entrances and service counters

An entrance mat contributes to first impressions, but its practical role must fit the location. Consider foot traffic, door clearance, and the floor beneath it. Dimensions should provide enough usable area and fit the layout without curling edges or crowding.

For bar mats, start with counter workflow. Serving, placing glasses, and temporarily holding wet items may need different arrangements. An absorbent surface and a liquid-collecting construction work differently. Compare emptying, washing, and drying, and how these fit everyday service.

Measure the actual installation space.

Match material to load and care.

View artwork from the normal direction.

Plan removal and cleaning.

Across several locations, artwork may stay consistent while dimensions change. A long bar-mat layout may not work on a small entrance mat. Review each format separately to keep the company name readable. Accounting for care time helps you choose an arrangement that stays practical beyond the first week.

Mat artwork and logo clarity

Artwork needs to suit surface texture and viewing distance. Fine text may disappear into a textured mat; a simple contrasting design is easier to read.

Texture, printing method, and material color affect the result. Small lettering and fine lines may need to be simplified. Logos under glasses or in walking routes can be partly hidden, so place them around actual use. Adjust proportions with the format rather than simply enlarging the same file.
