Custom mugs and cups
Custom mugs and cups suit office kitchens, customer gifts, and everyday employee use. Begin with the drink and setting: a small coffee cup, a larger tea mug, and a travel vessel solve different needs.
Choosing the right mug or cup
Compare capacity, handle shape, material, and stackability. For office orders, think about cleaning and storage space. Gift orders also need suitable packaging. Body color and the inner finish can affect artwork contrast and user preference.
For shared office use, check shelf space and dishwasher-rack fit. Gift orders may favor a different shape and individual boxes. Assess visibility on both sides of the handle because people hold mugs in different hands. Wraparound designs need approval against the actual printing template.
Office mugs and individual gifts
Mugs for a shared office kitchen should suit daily use and the available storage. A consistent shape makes a set easier to extend, while colors or individual names can help distinguish personal mugs. Consider whether the drinkware is for employees alone or will also be used for visitors.
For a customer gift, pair a mug with coffee, tea, or a small treat. The contents need to fit the package while protecting the handle and rim. Postal gifts require transport protection alongside any presentation box.
- Match capacity to the coffee or tea serving.
- Assess handle grip and balance.
- Check clearance under the coffee machine.
- Confirm the washing method and packaging required.
Material affects both feel and artwork options. Ceramic mugs, plastic drinkware, and specialist finishes may need different approaches. Keep the exact model and print files for repeat orders: similar colors or capacities don't guarantee the same shape or branding area.
Mug printing and artwork
Ceramic printing, sublimation, and other marking methods are not interchangeable across all mugs. Confirm placement and care instructions for the chosen product and decoration together.
A logo may appear on one or both sides relative to the handle where the print area allows it. Photographic or multicolor designs need a compatible surface and printing method. Assess text clarity, contrast, and distance from the rim separately. Overall product dimensions differ from the permitted print area.

Mugs to compare
Explore the Americano EU 420 ml, Americano Pure 420 ml and Barrel 300 ml mugs. They provide starting points for comparing capacities and shapes. Review material, supplied components, and care information for each version. A name or matching volume doesn't replace comparing handle, finish, and branding options.
Order mugs and cups with your company logo
Dishwasher and microwave use needs to be appropriate for the selected mug and decoration. Specify gift boxes and other additions in the quotation.
Send the quantity, capacity, color, logo, and required delivery date. Tell us whether the mugs are for an office or gifts. Kingivabrik can help choose a suitable model and artwork that remains visible during everyday use.
