ADVENT CALENDARS with logo | Advertising gifts

Choosing a company advent calendar

Compare dimensions, contents, number of openings, and layout. Check whether it stands, hangs, or needs another support. Food calendars require ingredient, allergen, and shelf-life checks covering the intended use period.

Set the date the calendar must reach the recipient and plan backward from it. Check whether any personalized card fits. Artwork should work throughout Advent, including with doors opened. Multiple-address orders need a coordinated packing plan and a checked recipient list.

Advent calendars for employees and customers

An Advent calendar has a more defined use period than many gifts. It should reach recipients before the first opening, so a production completion date alone is insufficient. Allow time for delivery to your company, assembly, and onward shipping. Allocate quantities separately where gifts are handed out across several offices.

Artwork can combine company colors with a festive greeting or thank-you message. A strong result doesn't require logos on every surface. One coherent image, readable numbers, and a well-positioned company name can create a balanced presentation. Consider whether the calendar will stay on a desk or be taken home.

Set the recipient arrival date.

Choose format and display position.

Confirm contents and opening layout.

Plan mailing protection and greeting cards.

For different customer groups, a shared artwork base with clearly defined text variations can simplify coordination. Check names and greetings before approving files. A small reserve may help accommodate later additions to the recipient list; determine it from your actual distribution plan rather than a universal percentage.

Advent calendar artwork and printing

Use the exact dieline, allowing for doors, numbers, and folds. Avoid hiding essential branding behind the first opened window.

Prepare artwork on the chosen model’s print template. Door cuts, numbers, and folds affect the complete image. Essential text should not disappear with the first opening. Printing the package and adding an image to chocolate are separate options; confirm the selected calendar.

Order advent calendars with your logo

Confirm contents, artwork versions, and delivery addresses in the quotation. Food calendars need enough remaining shelf life to cover the intended opening period under manufacturer storage conditions.

Send recipient numbers, logo, and the required handover date. Include artwork ideas and whether you need one delivery or individually packed gifts. Kingivabrik can help plan branded advent calendars and compare suitable versions for your order.
