Custom company calendars
Company calendars combine brand visibility with everyday planning. Desk calendars, wall calendars, and diaries serve different routines. Choose based on date readability, note-taking space, and where you'll display the calendar.
Choosing a company calendar
Check the year, week start, language, and date layout. Confirm holidays and week numbers separately if required. Decide whether the monthly view should be readable at a distance or provide space for daily notes.
Calendar artwork should support planning. Large photographs must not make dates hard to read. Check each language or market version separately and label packaging accordingly. Delivery timing matters too: recipients should receive the calendar before its first intended month of use.
Company calendars that support everyday planning
A desk calendar should fit beside a monitor or other tools and remain easy to see. For wall calendars, dates need to be readable from the normal viewing position. Pocket formats serve a different purpose through their compact size and convenience to carry.
Company photographs, completed projects or seasonal themes can give the calendar character. Images must suit the print format and have appropriate usage rights. Choose contact details and web addresses that will remain relevant throughout the calendar’s life. A concise lasting message often works better than a short-lived campaign.
- Define the calendar year and format.
- Select language and required date information.
- Gather suitable images and logo files.
- Allow time to check every page.
Work backward from gift handover when scheduling. Artwork approval, production, packing, and distribution all take time. For multiple languages, prepare a clear quantity split to avoid sending the wrong version to a market. If you'll post calendars, consider packaging when selecting the format.
Calendar artwork and print files
Artwork should preserve a clear hierarchy of dates. Allow space for binding, hanging, and bleed around photographs and logos.
Dates, company messages, and images should form a readable layout. Keep essential text away from binding and hanging holes. The template defines print area and bleed. Review all months before approval, not just the cover or one sample page.

Desk and pocket calendars to compare
Compare the horizontal A5 desk calendar, Karenda desk calendar and Creadate Pocket Eco pocket calendar. They illustrate desk and portable formats. Confirm artwork options, calendar year, and page layout for each version. Material references in names do not replace composition information.
Order calendars with your company design
Check dates, weekdays, and special entries in every language version. Approve the final artwork with the correct year before printing.
Send the preferred format, year, quantities, and languages. Include the logo, images, and handover deadline. Kingivabrik can help select a company calendar and clarify artwork and production timing.
