Custom printed T-shirts
Custom T-shirts suit teams, events and campaigns where visible company branding matters. A good result begins with fit and fabric. Gift shirts should account for recipients’ sizes and style preferences.
Choosing promotional T-shirts
Compare fiber composition, fabric weight, neckline, and size chart. The same size label can fit differently across models. Samples help determine whether separate cuts or a shared model selection will suit the team.
For event shirts, decide between commemorating a date and encouraging later wear. Time-specific messages can limit reuse. Check artwork dimensions across different cuts and sizes: a single print size may not look proportionate on both small and large garments.
Start a team T-shirt order with the wearers
Matching T-shirts can suit exhibition staff, company events, or daily work. Wear duration and expectations differ between these settings. If the shirt should remain useful after an event, choose a cut and design people will want to wear with their usual clothing.
Collect sizes using the selected model’s chart. Garment measurements and body measurements are different, so check what the table describes. Measuring an existing well-fitting shirt can help. Where people prefer different cuts, consistent color and branding can still create a coordinated team appearance.
- Choose fabric and fit for the setting.
- Collect quantities by size and color.
- Check length and movement when trying samples.
- Approve artwork for every ordered version.
A small chest logo and a larger back print serve different purposes. Exhibition staff may need names or roles, while leisure shirts may suit quieter designs. For future-starter stock, plan a useful size mix and retain model details. Repeat orders are easier when you record the exact color, cut, and approved artwork.
T-shirt printing and artwork
Screen printing, digital printing, and transfers depend on fabric, artwork, and quantity. Large solid prints can change the feel and breathability of the decorated area.
Fabric composition, color, quantity, and design detail affect printing choices. Light and dark shirts may require different preparation. Assess placement around seams and the worn position. Photographic images, simple logos and individual names may need different approaches, so send artwork with the inquiry.

T-shirts for different wearers
Explore the Action men’s T-shirt, Action women’s T-shirt and Basic children’s T-shirt. Compare versions for different wearers and confirm dimensions, colors, and material individually. Adult and children’s shirts may need different logo sizes even when the design remains the same.
Order T-shirts with your company logo
Include a final size-and-colour table with the order. Confirm care instructions for the printed garment, as decoration can affect washing requirements.
Send quantity, intended use, logo, and available size breakdown. Include color and deadline. Kingivabrik can help select T-shirts and compare suitable decoration options.
